What you’ll do:

• Be part of the central product group. To control, guide and mentor several PC and console games in development
• Reporting into central product leadership
• Manage master production plan. Scope and plan epic level tasks, schedules and task cross discipline teams to execute on time and at AAA-quality
• Establish processes and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality in production
• Identify areas for improvement for team efficiency, performance, and quality, and based on analysis be able to propose corrective actions.
• Identifying and addressing yellow and red flags during game development across teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with all other central function leads

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a manager in a production/development environment
• Collaborative and proactive team mindset
• Proficient in people management skills to motivate and grow the team
• Absolute passion for playing and making games
• At least one AAA game delivered
• International game and business experience
