An Introduction to Naavik
Naavik is a rapidly growing research, consulting, and advisory firm enabling games industry professionals to master the business of gaming.
We’ve worked with 100+ clients since 2019 — among them Ubisoft, Facebook, Immutable, Warner Media and BITKRAFT — encompassing small to large game studios, publishers, financial institutions, and other companies across gaming’s value chain. Our consulting services include market research, due diligence, strategy consulting, whitepaper audits, game deconstructions, economy design, tokenomics analysis, user acquisition advisory and more, across various business models (F2P, Blockchain, PC/Console etc.).
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for talented and driven professionals with a thirst for knowledge to join our consulting team part-time. As a consultant, you’ll work on an exciting array of projects with a wide variety of clients to deliver polished and original analysis and recommendations.
Key Qualities:
- Deep critical thinking and analytical skills
- Capacity to rapidly absorb knowledge and context, understand problems, and identify opportunities
- Comfortable working with and drawing conclusions from data
- Highly organized, good time management, adheres to deadlines, proactive and autonomous
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
- Proven collaborator, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Highly knowledgeable and passionate about video games and the industry!
Bonus:
- 6-8+ years experience in the games industry, and preferably in the trenches making games
- Expertise in one or more of the following: game/economy design, product management, tokenomics, market research, financial analysis, user acquisition, strategy
- Prior consulting experience
