Creating and driving the strategic vision of community and social channel strategy;
Day-to-day management of a high-performing and fast-moving team;
Drive community influencers development programs;
Designing community systems (e.g., volunteer recruitment/onboarding, reward structures, engagement plans) that reward successful community organizers;
Translating product insights from community organizers to help product teams to improve;
Developing global expansion plans that navigate language and cultural differences to ensure healthy communities worldwide;
Identify and report on applicable media trends, tactics, and technologies while developing strategic recommendations that inform our communications programs;
Collaborating with analytics and social teams on key KPI’s to ensure community efforts are measurable and effective.
