Reporting directly to the Group COO, you will  support the COO to audit, establish where missing and level up the company and operations general management business processes, lead project management and co-lead  with the group finance team joint projects and processes.  You will also be given the responsibility of a selection of game studios and be a member of the Group Business Management team.

Stillfront HQ is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Strong preference for the role to be based in Stockholm and relocation package is available for the right candidate. Other European locations are possible but will require very frequent travel to Stockholm (twice per month on average)  and studio locations.

YOUR MISSION

  • Audit, establish where missing and level up the company and operations general management business processes
  •  Lead project management and co-lead  with the group finance team joint projects and processes
  • Hire, retain and nurture the talent required to level up general management and operational processes as well as business project management.
  • Manage group operations team members that focus on process,  project management and strategic projects.
  • Develop and implement key improvements and processes, to accelerate your studios and  the company’s organic growth
  • Provide support and governance as well as find opportunities for synergies and collaboration in your studios and operational improvements across the group
  • Attract, identify, nurture  and retain top talent in your studios
  • Provide strategic feedback and at times guidance to your studios leadership  where and when needed, act as sounding board for studio heads 
  • Assess  group and studio level marketing capabilities, identify gaps and implement strategy alongside the VP of marketing and other marketing stakeholders across the group to make product brand marketing and performance marketing world class across the group
  • Work closely  in collaboration with CTO office,  Analytics team and Head of Talent to implement standardized tools and processes across the studios 

 

  • Act as a sounding board to the group COO on all general management and process improvements prioritization and work together to achieve best in class operations general management and processes.

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • At least 10 years experience in general management roles and 5 years in a multinational and or public company setting. Experience in the games industry is a plus but not a key requirement.
  • A successfully completed degree in economics or business IT with a focus on general management, finance or a similar area
  • Financial responsibility experience of one company or multiple companies 
  • Process and detail oriented and thrive when you are executing on and coordinating complex business processes and projects efficiently and on time
  • Pragmatic, favor clear processes and excel at making complex processes accessible, easy to understand and follow
  • Clear track record of having implemented process and general management scalable structures
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with good knowledge of analytical tools
  • Team player and ideally be able to bring additional skill sets to the Stillfront Group management team
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects with a result-oriented focus
  • Strong team management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in attracting, inspiring, managing and developing top talent
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in English
