Looking for a strong Unity Developer CTO with a potential to become a co-founder, to join GoFashion - a mobile game development start-up based in London, developing the first title called GoFashion. Currently the game prototype is in soft-launch in 2 countries for the purpose of testing the KPIs. GoFashion is a match3 combined with dress-up mechanics. The game is for females of 13+ . Your role will be to help the CEO to improve the execution of the game and implement improvements based on closed group testing to bring the game into a good shape in order to achieve good KPIs, based on which we start fundraising in order to hire more talent and start full scale development. You will be in the forefront of the success of the game and the studio overall and own the tech execution using Unity engine and data analytics in return for 30% shares. This role is for someone who is a risk taker, willing to take on an entrepreneurial journey, work for free to begin with until investment funding is secured.

Responsibilities

1. set up end2end game development tech stack, Unity architecture and frameworks, including backend

2. set up data gathering and analytics capabilities

3. train and mentor junior developers

4. analyse test data and make improvements to the game features

5. bug fixing, functional and regression testing

Qualifications

Must haves: 7+ years of mobile game development experience in Unity both for iOS and Android; expertise in end2end mobile game development tech stack; Xcode expertise; work directly on Mac; you have published at least 3 games to the app stores; Firebase and Firestore experience; backend experience; data analytics expertise; willingness to work in a start-up environment; entrepreneurial mindset; prepared to work for free until funding is secured; outside box thinking; willingness to experiment and find the best solution.

Preferable: Match3 game development experience and/or preference/love for match3 games.
