What You Will Do
- Structure ambiguous problems and take actions to solve them
- Synthesize clear takeaways and recommendations from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Build partnerships with key business leaders across revenue, data sciences, product, engineering and operational teams to define revenue strategy
- Analyze key user and revenue drivers, including by product, by platform, by geography, and by cohort
- Forecast and model user growth and retention
- Share revenue financial insights with executives across the company
- Improve our processes and create new ones by using thoughtful analysis, best practices, standardization and automation to scale with company growth
You Will Thrive In This Role If...
- 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, strategy or related functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents
- Ability to synthesize complex information into easy to understand concepts and clear takeaways
- Strong understanding of Excel (can perform complex functions) and modeling skills
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Data-driven decision making mindset
