We’re looking for a Product Manager for our development team. You are responsible for the success of your product. You will work closely with stakeholders to make data informed decisions from everything starting from design, art, engineering, QA and live balance. You have good intuition, impeccable analytical mind and outstanding people skills. You are a natural leader who can lift your team up to be better but also get in the weeds to get things done. You don’t stress out easy and you love challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Create and share your vision for the roadmap, created from deep research and collaboration
- Prioritizing and making tough calls with limited resources and tight deadlines
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to shape future decisions
- Building up the product, the team and the company with best practices and looking for ways to constantly level up
- Defining success by determining what KPIs we should be focusing on at different stages
- Monitoring live metrics to gauge the health of the product
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in Product Management/Ownership
- Comfort in leading teams and protecting the team while still hitting your deadlines
- Excel and SQL are practically your first languages
- Thriving in a fast paced startup environment and loving setting up process in the chaos of development
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience with all stages of game development from prototyping to shipping and live service operations
- Experience with working across time zones
- Familiarity with Agile best practices and team building
