The Role ♥️♠️♣♦

We are looking for an energetic and superbly organised right hand person to the CEO. You will be working directly alongside him and take the lead on people, culture and special projects. Attending key meetings, managing strategic projects, enabling our team’s growth and working with the CEO, you will be a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business and our growth. You will play a key part in achieving Flick’s mission.

Responsibilities 📝👷‍♀️

• Managing and helping to deliver critical projects and the business roadmap
• Responsible for building our culture and community
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and our recruiters to grow our team 
• Building and managing our people processes
• Be the CEO’s eyes and ears across the business
• Preparing internal and external presentations including board packs and investor communications
• Ensuring smooth communications between the CEO and the rest of the business to execute high level strategies
• Support key processes in the company, like OKR setting, budgeting, planning, investors reporting
• Document and present on a wide range of topics internally
• Support business operations, handle inquiries, spot inefficiencies and find solutions
• You’ll continually ask, learn, and grow!
• Managing the team’s diaries, attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring actions are completed

Skills and Experience 🤩✍️

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Analytical mind and proficiency in Excel, G-Suite tools
• Some knowledge of financial modelling 
• Mastered prioritisation both at a strategic and tactical level
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Proven project management skills
• Positive attitude, with high integrity and low ego
• Excited to work in a startup environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and to be proactive
• Ambition to grow in to a COO role if successful
